sstods great ideas! I was never overweight but this summer I lost 11 lbs and now weigh 119 and am 5'6! So I am really happy with the results but I really want to get better at running so ive been doing a 1/2 mile everyday! I also work my abs and legs!Shelby

avrabob Running on the school track whenever we get a chance on the weekends or after school. Biking at home down the rode listening to some awesome tunes and then a brisk walk down the other road listening to more music :)!

nellieg3 strawberry-banana smoothie: . 1 banana . 5-6 strawberries . milk (add as needed) . a few ice cubes Blend everything together. if it's too thick, add milk.

Lisseniere Hey, well I don't really know if this will help in 2 weeks but this is something im trying : cutting out ALL sugar but fruit ( your body stops using the glucose and uses the fat, or so I heard...)hope it helps :)

Iheartparis101 @peachgurllover - do lots of cardio until school starts 3-4 days a week. My favorite that burns tons of calories is Zumba. You can go to a Zumba class at a local gym or like me use your wii with Zumba party 3. If you can't do that do aerobics to lose

bubbles3956 @boypolar (2/2) now for exercise you can use my plan or something similar because I have a similar situation : 3 days a week go for a run or bike ride for about 30 minutes (any cario will do) then 3 days a week I do a full body cardio workout for 30

bubbles3956 @boypolar congrats on the party! You can lose the weight with a healthy diet. Don't go crazy like scipping meals but try this; skip soda and high calorie foods like chips and cookies. Aim to get 5 fruits and veggies a day. Just make healthier choices

popgirl79 i go do the treadmill for 30 and do situps 20 crunches 50 then the bike for 20 (2 miles) and eliptacal for 10 and i lose like a pound to 2 a week if i stay away from soda, koolaid and icecream and i am eating healthy and working out

bubbles3956 @mallorylovescheer my fav move for thighs is the sock squat. Drop a sock on the floor and squa down with your back straight and your butt parralel to your knees and pick up your sock. Repeat 30 times! Also lunges and walking stairs are good! Have fun

bubbles3956 If you need to tone your thighs try the sock squat. ( I came up w/ the name!) drop a sock on the floor and squat down to pick it up. Keep your back straight and feet shoulde width apart! Good luck girls!
