klbugg97 arm circles, put ur arms out and move them in small circles fowards for 3 minutes and backwards for 3 minutes it works really well

Abigail829 No I don't think so at all. it's not bad to want to start working out and its good to keep it up regularly. Just remember with you being 13 it's ok to skip a day. :)
