rachelnrocks So to get stronger and burn calories have a 2 pounds weight and lift as has high as you can 20 times on both arms then go to 19 then 18 and so on until u get to 0 it is a good workout and once you are done you will have done 420 lifts!

rainyseattlegirl Active tip- Don't think you have to go on some outrageous diet to lose weight, instead make little switches like corn tortillas instead of flour, whole grain muffins instead of cupcakes. Oatmeal rasin cookies instead of chocolate chip.
