rachelnrocks So i was at a friends house the other day and we made smoothies with 6 different fruits in them! Then with the leftovers we made Popsicle! It is really good! :)

rachelnrocks Yeah and then you bring it back down to so your elbow is pointed down! And i think a filled water bottle will work really well too!

rachelnrocks So to get stronger and burn calories have a 2 pounds weight and lift as has high as you can 20 times on both arms then go to 19 then 18 and so on until u get to 0 it is a good workout and once you are done you will have done 420 lifts!

sohi105 Great idea! One Q, so when you lift the weight as high as you can, do you put it back down then up again? P.S. I'm using a waterbottle, because I don't have weights!!

rainyseattlegirl Active tip- Summer is a great time to burn calories. Try picking up some water activites like kayaking,paddle boarding,boogie boarding,surfing or canoeing! These are AMAZING upper body toners!

rainyseattlegirl Safety tip - If running or biking when it is dark or even mildly dark please wear reflective gear or a neon shirt, drivers can spot you so much easier. I saw a car almost hit a jogger the other day because she was wearing all black. Thank you.

rainyseattlegirl Active tip- I know we all learned in grade school to stretch and touch our toes before we run but touching your toes could make it worse instead try jumping jacks or running a few steps backwards repeatedly!

rainyseattlegirl Active tip- Want to lose weight fast? Try the Atkins diet. You don't eat any carbs or sugars. Its a very basic diet. Any meat, cheese, Eggs and fish. Thats is all you can eat. It is quite restricing but you lose about 5 lbs a week with NO excercise!

rainyseattlegirl Active tip- Want to work out but get bored easily? Switch it up every time. But stick to a schedule. Example- Monday- 20 minutes of running. Tuesday-10 minutes of jump rope. Wednesday- 5 minutes of crunches and so on.

rainyseattlegirl Active tip-Rarely spend time with your besties? Try dog walking! Go on a long hike or a 15 minute walk down your street. Don't have a dog? Offer to walk your neighbors dog. It will be a great way to have fun, get excericise or maybe earn a little $!

rainyseattlegirl Use the chalk to draw a start/finish line, Go around your yard and use the sticks as a jump.Put the jump rope and when someone gets there the have to do _ jumps.Put easter eggs around the yard and have make everyone get them when they run the course.
