girlscupcakespitbulls Candied Yams With Marshmallows -- Who makes this? How does it end up on the table, with no one claiming authorship? Maybe it's a prank on the part of children, who are intent on eating marshmallows for dinner even though the sticky white pillows are technically a dessert. Or maybe the dish is owing to some malicious force that Science has yet to identify and describe. If this baked entity doesn't make you gag, nothing will. You are now ready to eat monkey brain sashimi.

girlscupcakespitbulls Thanksgiving Tip- Cranberry Sauce Though cranberries are great for your health, cranberry sauce contains so much sugar and additives that the bad outweighs the good. Pre-made cranberry sauces also tend to contain preservatives and extra calories.

girlscupcakespitbulls Thanksgiving Tip-Gravy Many people use the drippings from their cooked meats to make gravy. Unfortunately, this makes the resulting sauce high in fat and low in nutritious content. Another big problem with gravy is the fact that it is often used as a sauce for several different parts of a traditional Thanksgiving meal, including the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. This overuse of an already unhealthy side results in the intake of a lot of unnecessary calories.

girlscupcakespitbulls Thanksgiving Tip- Try to avoid stuffing. I know, I know stuffing is DELICIOUS, but most stuffing has stuff in it that is not-so-healthy. So instead, grab a dinner roll or two, because dinner rolls are just bread.

Princess Keziyah Food Tip: Some people try to lose weight by not eating. Please don't do that it's not good. Just try not to eat so much sweets. If you cut down on the sweets, you can literally lose a couple of pounds. :D
