  4.   Give a little to my brother, a little to my parents, a little to my grandma and some to charity. Then with the rest id buy a new wardrobe and take all of my friends on a night out and save the rest left over for whatever.

Hey, I think you should try flirting with him a little, and see if he is interested in you. If he flirts back, then he probably is. I know how it feels to like someone for as long as 3 years without them knowing. It can be frustrating, but hold in there. If he doesnt feel the same way, remember there are plenty of other fish in the sea, and you're still young. You'll find lots of great guys throughout your life, so don't be too rushed to find the 'guy of your dreams'. You should try to talk to him more, and remind him what a great girl you are. I'm sure that he'll forget whatever the weird incident was that happened. If not, apologize and tell him that things are different now. I'm glad to hear you're becoming friends again. Work on that and see if it could become more. (:
