What I find works is to do all exerxises that target all of your ab/lower back muscles such as plank, the bicycle and back extension to work your lower back muscles. Remember to warm up first!! Sorry for such a late reply!

Boys are so confusing, aren't they! Some obvious signs that a guy is flirting with U could be:
*He might tease you (Nicely!) about silly things, like your hair or your shoes.
*He may crack random jokes just to make you laugh.
*He may give you a lot of compliments. (Example: Ur hair looks amazing today or I really really like Ur outfit!)
*He may give you a flirty smile from across the room.
Things like that! Try paying attention to the small details! How does he act around U? Does he seem nervous? Do U catch him staring at U sometimes? These may all be signs that he's trying to flirt with U! Good Luck!!!(:

Sorry, but there is actually no way to 'friend' someone here on GL! GL is a bit different from other social networking websites, like Facebook for example! U could try joining clubs to make friends there, but there is no official way to 'friend' someone! OMG thanks! ok so my first comment didnt post but anyway, i have this guy friend/was my bf sorta. any a few months ago, he was acting so strange! nd i bought it up to him, nd he was lke, i jus been busy, nd doing my own thing, i said ok fine, nd i stopped talkin to him for a super long time! nd then he did anything he could to contact me, 3emails, 6texts, nd the list goes on trust me,nd i finally gave in and started talking to him again, nd he was lke i miss my so much, blah blah, i was lke sure. nd now he is acting the same way lke before! never talks texts or anything, i dont lke playing games lke this! should i bring it up to him again? or just leave him be???? i mean i still care for him, but idk??
