hey girl! ok well some tips for splits: when your going down really press you hips down to the floor while keeping your back flat. if your not all the way down, lift both knees and press those hips down for a better streatch
as for double turns, use your arms, stay up as high as you can on releve and SPOT!!!! this is key. choose a spot and whip your head around as fast as you can to that same spot when turning.
im not really sure what to say about scorpions just be really careful when practicing them cuz you dont wanna pull any muscles!
