Hey I need some advice please. I usually give out advice but idk what to do. I have a bf named Keith. I dont have any classes with him and havent talked to him since 5th grade im in 8th now. I see him only in the hallways and after school thats it. I like him sorta but I like my friend Dustin. I see him alot during the day and I have several classes with him. He's sweet, funny, caring, and christian. What do I do? Should I break up with Keith or stay with him? I dont want me to end up making a huge mistake and Keith hating me. I want to be friends with him. Btw he'd be my first break up with him scenario... Please Help Pheonix!

That's cool. Yea, some of my favorite books are Paranormalcy by Kiersten White, lock and key and a few other books by Sarah Dessen, a couple books by Nicholas Sparks, and some more books. I'm more into the fictional books. I don't really like nonfiction or biography. Do you have any favorite books?

As for my inspiration, the story is almost completely true. I have an amazing boyfriend, and the story I wrote was inspired by my New Year's Eve with him. It's loosely based, just the main part of the story is true.

Hey! I'm part of your club, Writing your life away! I would LOVE to be your VP. Here's one of my short stories:

The Perfect Fortune-
He traced a heart on her hand and she smiled. It was New Years Eve, and they were watching a movie. All of the people around them were sucked into it, it was an important scene. But she just concentrated on the feeling of his hand in hers, and the hearts he traced there. When the movie ended, it was only half an hour before midnight.
Fireworks went off outside, and everyone ran out, excited. They exploded in a symphony of color and sound, surrounding them with the bangs and sparks. She jumped every time, but she loved them. It was strange. At the last minute before she left home, she had put on her necklace with the word "fireworks" engraved on it.
They went back inside, found fortune cookies and opened them. Most of the kids had opened several until they found a fortune they liked. She only opened one. She smiled when she read it. It was the perfect fortune for the perfect night.
Then the count down began. Only one minute left. They all rushed over to the television to see the ball drop in Time's Square. Everyone started chanting.
"Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one! HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
The crowd exploded. The kids blew their noisemakers, ran outside, and lit their sparklers. They all laughed and smiles were as contagious as the chicken pox. The new year was here at last! He hugged her, and pulled her in for a kiss. Her first kiss on the first day of a new year. She dropped her fortune and it fluttered away in the wind.
Later that night, someone found her fortune and picked it up. He read it aloud to himself.
"Your love life will soon be happy and harmonious."
Even the man who picked it up thought it was the perfect fortune.
Back at the party, they held hands and smiled bigger than ever.

Hey! so i saw that you commented on my profile how to become a fast runner. Well, there are a lot of ways- 1. speed workouts, which you run 400s with 30-90 sec. rest in between (try to aim at a certain time for each 400; maybe race pace). If you run the 1 mile, i would suggest to run 4 400s first. than build up more and more 400s each time you do speed workouts. 2. also, in between hard workouts, i would suggest long runs for rest or just plain don't workout at all. (don't make this an excuse) 3. plenty of rest and healthy eating 4.Do core exercises to become more flexible and stronger. 5. lastly, i suggest a good timing/running watch to track how fast you are going and good running gear. Guys are so full of themselves mainly because they are naturally less mature than girls. Girls mature earlier than boys. Also some guys think it's cool or attracts girls (but it isn't/doesn't). The best thing to do when they're acting stupid like that is ignore them!

Advice: I would suggest finding a quiet place to work away from any distractions. Shut your phone, computer, etc. off and tell your friends you will not be available those days. Set aside certain times for writing so you won't plan things for that time and you can tell people you don't want to be distracted then. Hope this helps! You can always come back to me for advice!
