Hey girly, cramps suck, I know. The medicine you took might just need some time to work -- if you just took it, it might take a while to kick in! I'd try laying down for a while or taking a nap with your heating pad and see if that helps!

OK so I was texting my BGF who is practically like my brother and I was just saying random things then I was like Do you think I'm pretty? He said yes. Now I figured he'd just be like yeah whatever. But Yes , I could tell he was for real. So I was like thanks and then I was like I hate it when a guy or girl can't say someone's cute or pretty without someone thinking they like them and he was like oh. I mean we've even had the conversation we could never date because we are so close. And he likes my BFF and she likes him and he knows that so should I be worried because I don't like him in that way and I really don't want to hurt his feelings. People even say when we're older we will go out I just can't see it. It's just people usually don't call me pretty. I think I may just be suprised. But I feel happy at the same time. Please answer this!! Thanks soo much!!

Something weird is going on. Ever since April, during every teens of the month (the
14th, 15th, etc.) I get really bad cramps, heavy discharge, and PMS,
but I don't have my period. Everyone thinks that it's my body
preparing for it, but can this even happen? By the way, I've had
discharge for 4 years and all of the other signs for 3 years. Do you
think this pattern will eventually start my period? Also, I have
spotting the first day the cramps come, then it stops. I'm so
confused!

Hey girly, Those might be signs that you'll get your period soon. The spotting might be something to be concerned about though, so I think the best things to do would be to talk to your mom about it, and maybe see a doctor.

It's normal for periods to be irregular when you're younger, but if you've had a normal period for a while and then suddenly it hasn't come for a while, that might be a cause for concern. When you lose weight, like by working out a lot, you might stop getting your period because your body doesn't have the things it needs to make your period happen -- but it's not healthy! You might want to see a doctor just to make sure everything is okay!

You should try joining activities at school or join a sports team for the summer. Sometimes getting out and being active can cheer you up A LOT. But if you're still feeling sad, I think you should talk to your parents or a counselor to see if it's something more serious than just feeling down!
