yeah i went to the olympics. it was awesome! opening ceremonies was the best. i will come see you at the summer olympics!!! (it will also give me an excuse to travel)

i live about a half hour away from SF. westfield is way better cause it has all the chains and all the local stuff. and the food court is the best there is!

My bff used to do gymnastics so she can do all those fancy cart wheels with one hand and idk with none but whatever. And i cant even turn the simple basic one. She has been trying 4ever to teach me. i guess ill never learn b/c im not planning on taking gymnastics or whatever you take to learn those things. My dad can turn a cart wheel better then me.

The worst part is, my mom cooks a lot with those ingrediants so I don't like very much. ANything with parm cheese I DONT LIKE. Anything with ricotta! And once my mom made this flounder which was rolled up with ricota and spinach inside. It was horrible.

I looked at your celebrity crushes and loled. Okay, my bff jess loves taylor lautner and my bff sam loves sterling knight. They are ALWAYS arguing about which one is cuter or whatever. THey go to me and go "Aly, which one is cuter?" and i go "Neither. I like justin beiber." but i guess Sterling looks more like him so sterling. I am a big TL fan, and very against Rob Pattinson takikng his shirt off in New Moon and him in general.

Cassie and her friend were at home with there older sister. Their older sister was planing on going out, and told them to not answer the door for anyone and to keep everything locked. Cassie and her friend went online looking at scary chain letters and laughing at how they weren't ever true. The didn’t believe in any of the chains and went to bed. Unfortunately, they forgot to lock the doors. Cassie’s friend had been murdered in the middle of the night. Quickly and frightened, Cassie went and reposted every chain letter they had read. After waking up in the morning she saw something that looked like a face that was very red staring back at her in the mirror. But did not see her face. She ran down stairs and looked in a different mirror. Still seeing the same face she touched hers. She then looked at her hand and it was covered in something red and watery. Her skin was burned and bloody. News around her town had told about the murder of Cassie’s friend. Cassie’s sister arrived home later that night, not yet seeing the news. Cassie told her sister what had happened and her sister was in denial. Her sister reported that Cassie had gone insane and put her into a Mental Hospital. Years past, and Cassie had died of a rare disease. Cassie came back for revenge towards her sister and the murderer. The murderer was never found. Nearly hours after Cassie’s revenge her sister was found dead. The man who found Cassie’s sister bloody with stab wounds on the floor spotted a faint, red, shadow. This was Cassie’s shadow. The man heard a whisper and he could make out small words saying “You didn’t see anything.”

omg thx soooooo much! im totally stressin about it. idk wat 2 do??? i haven't done cheering & gymnastics in so long!! i can do the basic stuff like cartwheels & roundoffs easily, but backflips & all that other complicated mess, i cant do it. i didnt kno if u had 2 kno how to do all those types of flips!! i so scared. i really wanna make it. do u kno of any excersises i cud do 2 get ready???

i think i know what you should do....i suggest talking to your friend about this! she needs to know how you feel. what i would do if i were you would be to go out with one of the other guys that ur BFF isn't dating! that way, the 2 of them can have a good relationship, and you get a cute guy that's your type. why not? then the 4 of you can double date! I think maybe talking to your friend would be a good idea. Just, if you dont want to tell her you like him, ask how she feels about him and that sort of thing. If he asked your friend out, then maybe you guys just arent meant to be together, at least for now. If I were you, I'd flirt back with those cuties that seem into you, ;) and let your friend and her boyfriend have their thing and, maybe if things dont work out, let your friend know how you feel and talk it out so that, if you and him want to start something, nobody's feelings get hurt.

How to do a round-off-back-hand-spring!!!!!:
(Make sure you have mats out and supervision)
Start off with about 2 or 3 running-steps going in to the flip. reach to the floor and go in to a position where it is almost as if you are doing a handstand and push off! Thats it! Hope this helped, and BE CAREFUL!
