Hey girl I love giving advice! First of all, you should respect your parents wishes. If you're not allowed to date him, just stay friends. I think that if you flirt with him a lot, you'll end up falling for him even more, which is super risky. One of my really close guy friends and I, got really flirty, and spent loads of time with each other, I didn't want a relationship. After he asked me out, I said I didn't want to, because i thought it'd ruin our friendship. He thought I was "leading him on" and got kind of mad/upset. We went out, and had a really bad break up, and our friendship was ruined, I completely regret our relationship. Try not to make something of you two, if your parents aren't going to allow it. It's better to just stay friends, so you won't get hurt. By just flirting with him, (i guess) you're sort of leading him on, because you won't be dating for a long while. Good luck!
