  1. Fitness Faves
      A descending set of 200 IM's on best time plus 90 seconds, descending by 10 seconds each rep. The set is over when you hit your best time or better.
  2.   uh, Swimming? I would think it would be obvious by now.
  3.   My workout playlist, which has everything from tobyMac and the Cross Movement to Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and the All American Rejects. And More. Like Kelli Pickler and Gwen Stefani.
  4.   Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Also, HYDRATE!!! Even if you don't think you're thirsty, drink water or Gatorade.
  5. Goal Girl
      To make at least two Olympic Trial cuts by October.

sorry for the late response... more drama! Ugh it did not work out very well... like they were all best friends... i liked one, i was super close with the other, the the other one i had many classes with. oh gosh it was just so complicated. you know what i mean?
