Hey sweetie! You really should have told him your feelings first because he might have felt awk about you asking and was afraid you wouldnt like him back so he might have lied and said no. Where did you hear that he liked you? If its a reliable sourse i say he was just to panicked to tell the truth but if its just a rumor, well it might be.
