      Anything Outdoors - Yoga outside, Hiking in the forest, Biking, Running, Swimming in the lake, ect.

  4.   Always stretch. It helps build lean body muscle.

      To tone my body and keep my flat belly.

  7.   People who used to be overweight but then lost and have made there lifestyle healthier.

  11.   Well, here's the thing. I never really crave unhealthy foods because my taste buds have totally changed. I crave things that are healthy now. But I would recommend keeping yourself busy for at least 15 minutes. That is about how long food cravings last.
