Hey girl!! Thanks for commenting on my pro, it rlly means alot!! So when ur at home alone, for healthy snacks yu could try veggies and a low-fat dip. You could also cut up fruit and eat that, or you could put some peanut butter on whole wheat crackers or bread. As for excercises, you could do ab work: sit ups, crunches, etc. You could also do leg excercises with ankle weights. Hope I helped, let me kno if i did!!

hey! thanks for the comment, i love your picture too! oh, and a little while back, i asked for some guy advice with my crush....well, here's my problem, as simple as i can make it! so, i really have a crush on this guy named matt. but...i'm wondering if he likes me or not, because he's sent me a LOT of mixed messages, and i don't know what a lot of them mean! here are some of them: - he calls me "jess" all the time (my name's jessica) when he knows that i really don't like that name - at the second term awards assembly we had a couple days ago, when i went up to get an award, he was cheering and yelling, going "yeah, jess! great job!" over and over again-even some of the parents there were looking at him strangely! - we talk on facebook every night, and when we don't talk, we usually get into these long arguments on someone's status....until that person gets annoyed with the 50 comments on their status - in science class the other day, we were having a test, and while our teacher was out of the room, one of his friends started drawing matt and i as a couple on the board...with matt as a shark, and me as a flying book. don't know what that was about.....but then, he started laughing, went along with it....and then, the next thing you know, he's just nodding and smiling when anyone asks if he likes me for real - whenever we're in class together, or when i see him walking down the hall, if i look up and see him looking at me, he'll make this really funny face, wink, and then look back to wherever he was looking before those are all things that he does....but then again, i told one of my guy friends that i liked matt....and he told me that matt doesn't like me. i don't know if i should trust him or not, though, because the guy friend that i told had a crush on me a little while back....and it's kind of obvious that he's still not over me telling him that i didn't like him in that way. i don't know what to do! help! thanks so much! hey! advice needed! okay, there is this group of these 3 girls, lets pretend that their names are britney, rebecca, and sarah. In almost every group, there is a leader, and then the rest are fowlers, (sorry, im REALLY bad at spelling) in the order from most mean to least is rebecca, sarah, and britney. okay so sarah was having a movie night at her house, and she said that britney and this other girl that is very nice to me (her name doesnt really matter but lets pretend thats it julia) but no one told me that rebecca was going 2 b there! and so i was like in my head "okay..." and then we didnt really watch the movie, and they were all talking, and on the couch there was only room for 4 so i happly sat on the other couch. and i didnt say much because i kno that anything that i said would b used against me. so i didnt say much. and when i did, everyone excpt julia just stopped laughing. and i have told the teachers that they were talking about me because one of my x-friends (for now anyway, its not a big deal) said that she heard them talking about me, and her. so they idk what they were talking about, because i was TRYING to watch the movie, and i just heard them saying "no! dont go and talk about me!" and then they all (excpt julia, of course) were laughing. and then britney and sarah were like "talk!" and "we invited you because we like you" and stuff like that so they could say that they were being nice, and she just gave me a deth stare. then that night i cried myself to sleep! and part of the reason that rebecca HATES me is because we both have the same bff! and another is because i gave her aim to one of my friends and i knew that she wasent gonna give it 2 anyone else, because she wouldent do that. and rebecca made a big deal of it! so after a while, she deleted me off of aim, which proves that if she wanted to, she could delete my other friend, and now she is like "hey!" and "whats up?!" like were best friends, and im just ingoring her. ugh! being a teen girl is horrible!okay thanks if u do have advice, can u please put it on my profile, it would just b eaiser. ** anyone else that wants to check out my rockin profile, please do and LEAVE COMMENTS PLEASE!!!!!!**

hey! i actually do have some advice i need okay here is my story: okay so i was with my bff on her computer and i was tlking to her 6'2" blonde blue-eyed guy friend. And we flirted a bit. After tht he friend requested me on facebook. since then we've been tlking everyday and he drove (well his dad drove he's only 15 as am i)an hour to see me at my bff's house (during this sabbath lunch thingy) AND he got me a cute little bday present..so hes really sweet but i didnt feel an immediate connecton when we met and i feel bad but maybe if i saw him a lot we'll be as close as we r on facebook? now, i dont want an internet-based relationship and i have met him BUT he lives an hour away, goes to my bff's school and i know he likes me...now should i go any further in this "relationship" or should i just say i cant deal with a guy that far away? thanks if you can answer this and post it on mine!!! sorry this is so long!!!

Messy bun-------- There are two ways to make this style. However, they both start off the same. Collect all your hair in a high ponytail. You can do this by flipping your hair upside down and gathering all your hair in one spot. It's helpful to use a paddle brush for this step. For the first way, wrap your elastic twice around your hair, then pull your ponytail half-way through the elastic. Pull some bits and pieces out from inside the half-ponytail so it's hanging down. Another cool thing is to leave out wisps around the nape of your neck. For the second way, secure your elastic around your hair tightly into a pontyail. To continue the second way, coil your hair around the base of your ponytail as if you were putting it in a ballerina bun. Then, flatten the bun to your head and secure with an elastic. Try pinning it with bobby pins- when done well, this helps the look a lot. Pull out bits and pieces and shake your head until you achieve the desired effect. Oh yeah, don't be afraid to experemint. its not called a MESSY bun for no reason

I have braces 2, and I despise them! they hurt at first, but u'll get used to them! I never can find a cute hairstyle either........
