Hey chica!
First of all is this girl still ur friend? If she is ask her how she feels about the boy and if she has any feelings whatsoever for him still. If she says no tell her you like him and if she minds if you build a realashionship with him.if she's not ur friend try to get into the things he likes and get to know him better and hopefully that will help start a friend realashionship then u can take it wherever u want from there.If u need more advice send me another message.
