Ya i play soccer but the season is over it was tons of fun i got to hang out with the older girls as well who r more mature lol Tong and doing basketball soon i did volleyball in gym does that count?!?!?!

right know I'm in sports club where I dominate as the only girl who participates, and so much better than the boys...Even with a sprained wrist and taped foot! Today I got smashed into the wall and laughed, wrested and elbowed a boy for a basketball (while playing a game), and got involved in a couple dog piles... yeah...I'm definitely one of the guys....

Hey Girl!

some fab ab workouts are...
1) the plank is super tough if you pull your stomach in and keep your butt and back flat.
Here is how you do it... postition your body as if you are going to do a push up but instead of being on your hands rest on your arms so that you're balanced on your toes and arms, with your body a few inches to six inches off the ground. tuck your butt in and hold the positon for 30 seconds to a minute. if 30 seconds is easy then do it for a minute.

2) side crunches, are more effective than regular crunches and definitely you will see faster results. how to do it... lay with your back on the floor and your knees up with your feet resting flat on the ground. hold your hands behind your head with your elbows straight out. focus on keeping your elbows straight out to the side and not focus too much on pulling up far, just a little bit. and do as many as you can until you can feel it in your abs, try to push yourself, and remember to rotate between left and right.

3) Pilates Hundreds-
here is how you do them... lay on your back and lift your legs up off the floor, then pull your torso off the floor to form a 45 degree angle. then use your core strength to keep you balanced and pump your hands up and down to the side of legs.

4) Another thing you can try to do is lift your legs off the floor, make sure that your toes are pointed and then just do sit ups. and again make sure to not try and sit up really far, just focus on keeping your elbows straight out.

If any of these directions are confusing just tell me, i kinda typed them really fast so I might need to rewrite them for you if they are confusing. Comment and let me know if this helped!

Hey girlie! I would love to give you some workout advice! Um, if you just want to get fit I would suggest you get cardio in 3 times a week. You can run, dance, play tennis or other sports, whatever will get you motivated and your heart pumping! Also you should do some stetching before your cardio a couple minutes is good. And if you want to strengthen your abs and stuff then you should try some of the workouts they put in the GL mags for an extra.

If you want to work on something in particular like upper body strength or abs then let me know and i will give you excercises that will for sure help you!!

hahahahahaha. Anti social cats are adorable, or at least mine is... Yeah, akward moment... In history today, somehow the topic of cats came up and the teacher said "I hope I'm noy offending anyone, but I hate cats." Everyone in the class said "Your offending Grace!" The teacher looked at me and asked me if she was offending me. She wasn't. My love for cats is very well known! It was pretty funny!

I started Monday, 30th, and it was so much fun! I'm in 8th grade. My US History class was so funny. We have like all the goofballs who dont over do it in my class. Its Thursday already aand the teacher decided we dont have assigned seats, which is funny considering everyone has friends they sit and talk with! The class is so much fun and an easy A if you ask me, although I'm in the advanced class!

I think I'm going back next week. I"m totally syched if that's a good thing. Although I'm going to an all-girls catholic school I won't be used to it but I am so excited about it. Most of my friends r going to the public school well my friends that left me at the end of school last year r going to public school and my two besties will have to survive the mean girls and guys who think they r too cool for school but my guy buds r going to tech schools so i wouldnt have seen them anywaysFrown But I"m excited to meet new ppl and girls who see me as who i am and i wont have to worry about clothes cuz uniforms and about getting mother nature early because well they r all girls. It's a small school and I think i won't get interupted by anyone in class that distracts me lol so yes, i think its good fer me it was my decision um but ya really excited how about you?
