ok, so Valentine's Day- i actually didnt really do anything. i didnt go anywhere and just stayed home. my mom made my sister and i clean our room (groan). so yeah, thats about it w/ me. i didnt have anyone to celebrate w/ anyways. i hope all of u had a good day yesterday!

now i'll do a movie review:

"Valentine's Day"

on the Saturday rite b4 Valentin'e's Day, i went to the drive-in to see the movie. before we went, i checked out some of the ratings online. they weren't very good, but i still wanted to see it cuz there were so many ppl i knew in it. when we got there, i wasn't expecting much. as i started watching i tho, it actually wasnt so bad. it wasnt great, but it was still ok. the different stories were easy to follow and each one was connected to the another somehow, which was cool. the whole movie was kind of slow, but there were a few funny lines in it. i also liked how it showed how different ppl celebrate Valentine's Day. they never really stayed w/ one story for a while though. they hopped around really quickly with them. i mean, i guess they did have a lot of stories to get through, but i think they could have stayed w/ some of the more important ones just a little longer. so to sum it all up, the movie "Valentine's Day" was just ok to me. i liked how there were a lot of well-known ppl in it and the stories were cute, but it was just kind of slow. my rating: C+

ummm just dont go anorexic cuz that can really stunt ur growth, eat all ur proper nutrients and drink milk to support bone growth, and just let ur natural height fall into place. and enjoy ur wider spand of dating choices cuz tall girls are only really into taller guys, and that really narrows it down for us. and uhh i guess u can wear clothes to make ur self look longer?

1. soup is ur best buddie these cold and chilly days. provides all ur vegetables and protien. plus, the broth fills up. remember : the creamier, the less healthier no matter how much luv it *sigh*
2. Vitaman C is the key to avoiding sick days. make sure to drink some OJ everyday, but stay away from those with tonz of sugar. eating a bare orange is even bettr.

food tip:
just cuz u buy lunch at school doesnt mean u always have to make unhealthy choices. for example, switch those greasy fries for baked lays and that slice of peperonni pizza for a cheese or veggie slice. and remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away ;)

food tip: beware: some halloween candies have a lot more calories and sugar than u expect.
those little fun size snickers bars u just luv have a 130 calories and 6 grams of sugar! i dont know bout u, but i was pretty suprised when i heard that! i used to think they were like 70 calories... well anyway, limit urself to ur candy. give them out to ppl if u scored in trick or treating. im not saying not to eat ur candy, but u know... beware cuz if sickers are 130, imagine butterfingers....
