~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~TIP OF THE WEEK~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We've all had those days when we haven't slept at all the night before. Lack of sleep really hurts your performance at school and other activities. Here are some tips on how to get a better nights sleep. 1.Turn off the computer at least an hour before bed time. 2.An hour or so before going to bed relax, try reading, it takes your mind off the stress of the day and helps you fall a sleep because your mind will stop working over time. 3. Don't eat before bed. 4. Set a bedtime and try to go to bed at that time every night, that way your body will automatically remember to get tired then.

I saw the head of body app was posted so I figured I'd send mine in. Head of body app Name: Mackenzie Age: 13 Why I want to be the Head of Body: I love helping girls with all body related dilemmas and preventing them! What I'm best at about Body: Girls always fuss about periods. when it's not that big of a deal at all! My friends come to me for that kind of advice all the time. I'm also good with skin care and anything growing up! Yes,I have helped out my friends with body stuff. One time my BFF was worried about her first period and I told her not to worry and gave her lots of tips. She calmed down and when her period came was totally prepared! Mod answer: I advise you NOT to use skinID. It has side affects of dry itchy skin,rashes,puffy eyes and it sometimes does not help with pimples (A recipe for disaster if you have sensitive skin). Instead use the Astara Blue Flame Purifacation Mask (It works every time. A total life saver!!) I hope I helped!!
