Hey so heres an article.
Its the short version its not actually all of what I have. But the other one is different.

The break up list. 10 tips to get over him

1. Get rid of all reminders of him- put them in a box and hide them from yourself.

2. Choose a theme song that makes you happy. Make sure it has nothing to do with relationships or love or anything like that.

3. Paint your fingernails your favorite color (or a color that makes you feel energetic.)

4.Dance to a really cool song like "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga or "Let it Rock" by Kevin Rudolf.

5. Write a love letter to yourself.

6. Write a love letter to him and pour out all of your feelings. When its finished burn it or flush it down the toilet.

7. DON'T TALK TO HIM AND DON'T TALK ABOUT HIM!!!!

8. Write your favorite quote on a piece of paper and stick in your wallet and on your mirror or somewhere you'll always see it.

9. Make a punching bag. Use it when your angry with yourself or someone else to get out anger.

10. Remember that boys will come and go but your friends will be with you forever and that no boy is worth tears and craziness.


The last one is something my friends kept telling me when I was going through a break up. Hope this helps the club.

Hey Girlies!! Its summer (altough not for that much longer!) you're crushing on that cutie, but really need some new flirting tips!? Welp I got 'em for ya! For you advanced flirters and the beginners!

Mirror:

"Mirroring" is for inbetween advanced and beginger flirters.
Its like an unspoken laguage, its like copy-cating. So if he's got his arms crossed, you cross your arms too; if he runs his hands through his hair , you do the same. But don't go over board and do absolutely EVERYthing he does, then you'll end up looking like a monkey! But gracefully mirror him some of his gestures, his brain get the subconscious messege that ou like him. This is a great tip to get a guy to relax around a bunch of people while flirting.

Drop it!

Honestly this one works. Always. Yes its very old fashioned but its a classic.
Walk past the guy you like, making eye contact and giving him a smile. Then just as you're passing him, drop something, like a book, bag, pencil, or usually in my case My Script (I usually use this at a play rehearsal)

Ask him for help

Create an opportunity for your crush to "help" you, this will give him a confidence boost and make him feel more confortable around you. Pick something you're sure he's good at, like helping you pracice you part in a play, showing you how to strech before running, getting your car started, or solving a problem. Sound devious? It is but it works great!

Repeat his name

This is for any girl who likes a guy and wants to drop a hint.

Repeating a guys name in a conversation, shows him you're interested. Don't go offstage though (oh crap there I go with my Thespian self again. It means overboard.) like don't say "Yes Bob, Okay Bob, that sounds cool Bob, Really Bob? Thats amazing Bob?"



All kinds of "looks" to give him!

The Head to Toe look
This one is my favorite "look" and I must say works very well.

When a guy you like is walking your way, or standing across the room, give him a look all over from head to tow, then flash him your most outstanding smile! He's stupid if he can't tell that this means you're thinking he's looking fine all over.


Give him a nickname.

This works VERY good. It creates a inside joke between the two of you. Inside jokes are great for geting closer, and makes it easier to strike up a new convo! Make sure its something flattering or funny, I call this one guy "Mr. Never online" because he doesn't get on Facebook or Messenger all that often, so I always say "Hey Mr. Never online! Hows it going?" Its way easier to start a conversation that way because he tells me why he hasen't been on!

These last three are the most important things to do while flirting.
Make Eye Contact

Yes this is about the hardest thing to do with that cutie you've been crushin' on, but making Eye Contact, tells a guy that you're interested in him.

Smile!
A smile makes you look friendly, confident and aproachable. People smile at people who smile. SO SMILE!!! Its contagious.

Be Spontaneous!!

Don't think too hard about what to say or do - Just really pay attention to the things he says and let yourself respond naturally. Don't worry about what will happen next. Live a little!

Hey so I'm just gonna do body cuz I realized with the tough stuff I wouldn't do good haha so here it is:
1 how old are u? I am 14

3 how many times will u check the page? Every time I get on so about 2 or 3 times a day
4 are u willing to advertise? For sure!!
5 sample q: well to answer that question I would need some more details like if their eating habits are they snack alot or eat too big/small portions or just eat alot of junk. I would personalize the answer for the person so they feel like it was thought about for them. If they snack alot I would say that reports are saying that 6 small meals per day are better for the body cuz it keeps the metabolism up so if u feel like u r constantly eating make it so that u are eating small healthy meals that include proteins veggies/fruits and a carb/starch. Also drink alot of water cuz sometimes u will be so thirsty that u replace it with hunger.

If ur portions are funky to u go to myfoodpyramids.com and it will give u portions for ur age I luv the website it's awesome haha

If u think u eat too much junk start replacing ur guilty pleasures with good ones. If u are craving potato chips eat some yummy rice cakes instead. Craving something sweet? When making brownies or anything like that replce the butter with applesauce and use egg whites instead of full eggs. Hope this helps!
