heyy! can i have some advice?

hey! okayy, so i have two problems . . .
1) okayy, so i like this guy. a few weeks ago i told him that i liked him, but apparently he already knew. now it sorta seems like he's ignoring me, because last week i texted him and he said that he was busy. then i texted him again last weekend and he didn't respond... i know for a fact that he likes my best friend, but she doesn't feel the same way. he knows that she doesn't like him and that i do. so . . . what should i do? (and btw, i don't go to school with him so . . .)
2) okayy, so my other friend has a boyfriend, and i don't really know him all that well. but from what i know he's pretty nice. anyway, so a few weekends ago a bunch of use were hanging out at our friend's house and he was there and so was his gf (my friend). so anyway, whenever i would say something, he would look at me. like sometimes he would smile, but not all the time. and he would look at me for a few seconds...i think that he thinks i like him, but i don't. my other friend (not his gf...a different girl) likes him, but idk if he knows that. so what should i do there? what's up with the looking at me? please help(:
