what type of facial i have plenty like an easy oat meal one. here it is 3 Tbsp fine oatmeal(fine means grounded up like in a coffie gounder) and 2 Tbsp milk combine in a bowl and rub on to your face letting it sit 5 to 10 min any thing else ask me
