This boy OBVIOUSLY likes you! Maybe hes the kind of guy that doesnt like technoloigical relationships. He probably is old school and likes to talk to the girls he likes in person which is an awesome thing! Most guys only want to talk to girls on the internet or by texting but your dude doesnt. Maybe you should make the first move and ask him in person why he wont talk to you on the internet. Then if he tells you a reason that you like take it a step further. When you feel ready and think he is ready too, ask him out.
