I saw your question in the makeup advice club! So. Wanted to help Smile you use eye highlights for only 2 things on your eyes. You put the color under your eyebrow, your brow bone. And your tear duct, the very inner part of your eye. They just brighten you up and make you look more awake! Hope I helped! Makeup and beauty is sorta something I love!
