Well if you love to run why don't you get on the track or cross country team at your school? its really good exercise, a way to make new friends, and if you are passionate about runing then you can do it there

Hey, so i either have a small concusion...(spelling?!) or am reaalllyy dehydrated. Because i was throwing up a lot, and sometimes when you have a concusion, you throw up or something. But ya know how i fell back and slammed my head around in our game? Well in the guys game i was going in for a fast-break lay-up and 25's ( the one i almost punched(: on the girls team ) brother (I am not a fan of that family!) pushed me (with his arms!) from behind. So i was falling, i twisted in mid-air, fell so hard on my butt (which i can barely sit on now!) and flipped onnto my head.and hit it in the same spot i where i hit in the girls game
But i drank barely anything! I had a sip of gatorade, and a sm. coke all day! and had like 3 games!

Hey if your not very athletic I would suggest trying a sport that doesn't involve a lot of running or skill if you don't think you have any. I play golf and it seems like a boring sport, but it isn't. Also you night want to try like volleyball or tennis. The both don't involve running up and down a court the whole time. But honestly, if you aren't athletic and really don't want to play a sport..then you don't have to. Some peeps are more confortable with drama or other clubs, so don't feel bad if you don't want to play sports. But if you do I think it is great that you want to try something new! Hope this helps!

oh and i cant believe what happened to Ryan today!!! I was right next to him!!!!!! I was almost in tears, it was so scary. I dont really know him, but i thought he was gonna die! SO was Audri! I am glad your Mom is able to spend some time with him.One of my mom's best friends was teching her last year so she and her husband could spend some time together,then her husband had a stroke Now he can barely speak a few words and will never be able to walk again.Our family was very close to her,now we hardly see her,but when we do she is so happy.So I'm sure that when your Mom sees him,his spirits are lifted up right away.Have a great Sunday evening!
