little things can help you loose weight. take the stairs, walk to a friends house instead of getting a ride. if you're hungry, don't grab chips, grab carrotts or something actually healthy. also, i would definately join a sport. that would benifit you a lot. join basketball this winter or just play with friends. but try to do something active for an hour a day. that can always just be something like jumping rope with friends and taking a walk (not to go get ice cream!!). jump on a trampoline, ride bikes with friends, make up your own cheer routine to music with friends, the possibilities are endless, but friends make it way more fun. in the end though, don't stress so much about your weight, im sure your beautiful the way you are.

ok cutie first take a deep breathe. Its fifth grade dont be obssesing over your weight. Howevere its an awesome time to get into a healthier routine. Try taking different paths when you bike ride if you always go around the block why no go around 2 blocks? or if you always stop at a street and turn the corner maybe keep going or mix it up a bit. Also you said you danced just tyr dancing more have dance parties with your friends and practice all your cool moves in your house (please dont go low yet since its 5th grade) Also, try to eat healthy filling snacks that have substance. like apples instead of 100 calorie packs. good luck if you need more dont be shy Smile
