I recommend the following (do this every week if possible)
Monday- 30 minute run on flat or slightly uphill ground (whichever you're more comfortable with)
Tuesday- 10 minute run on flat ground, then do 2 sets of 15 push-ups
Wednesday- 30 minute run on slightly up-hill ground
Thursday- 10 minute run on flat or slightly up-hill ground (whichever you're more comfortable with) and 4 sets of 15 push-ups
Friday- 30 minute run on slightly up-hill ground and 1 set of 15 push-ups
Saturday- 4 sets of 15 push-ups and 2 sets of 15 crunches
Sunday- 4 sets of 15 push-ups and 2 sets of 15 crunches
See how it becomes progressively harder throughout the week? That's the best way to become better at something too. Just a little life advice . I hope this helps! Um hey everyone if anyone is reading this i was kinda wanting to start a fitness plan. im in middel school on my way out so i wanna look good for next year. so i was wondering, does anyone recomend a good, quick, easyplan that would be good for a tight schedual?
