Hey Girly!! So for your pads/tampons sitution, both you should only wear for about 6 hours or less if you can (inless your sleeping of course). The best thing to wear, is what you are most comfortable with. So since you wear pads more often, you might be more comfortable with then tampons. It is best to change your pad or tampon during the school day, if you have time during passing time, you can do it, or I don't know about your school, but my school has a bathroom in the girls' locker room, so you could also do it before or after gym class. Even if you don't have time to change it then, you can just ask your teacher if you can go to the bathroom. You don't have to tell them why, and if they won't let you just tell them that it is urgent and you have to go, they should let you go then. And don't be worried on weather or not someone knows you have a pad or tampon with you, cause most likely unless there looking for one they won't even notice that its in your pocket or an extra bag or where ever you put them. Hope this helps!!! <3 Jamie
