I actually found a youtuber who does workout videos and i have been doing them because they are no-equpiment workouts, which is great! Her name is Amanda Russel! If you check out her videos here are the the ones i LOVE, muffin top one, bum hips thigh. Or you can look up my user go to my channel and look at my workout week 1 playlist Its my way to stay on track <3 My goal is a bikini this summer (i usually wear a tankini) Also im not WAY out of shape but i want to feel better in my own body? Heres the secret to getting club posts over 250... You type whatever your going to post in microsoft word and Copy and Paste it into the post box BUT once you put it into the box you cannot add or change anything or it will detect that you have over 250. But thats the secret

I've been good I'm really bored
I've lost like all my positions in clubs or been depromoted
It's really depressing even in clubs full of people I didn't even know! I just saw it on my profile one day and I saw it had 100 members and I was the Treasurer I was like awesome but it's no longer there.
