Hey! I've got a healthy eating plan right here! bfast: french toast (bread dipped in an egg white, then put on a pan and cooked until lightly brown), a glass of skim milk, and a banana. snack: applesauce w/chocolate chips in it. mmm lunch: tuna salad sammie with 1 piece of bread, a little mayo, some veggies (like olives and celery)and a serv size of tuna. snack: any type of fruit or veggie: orange, berries, carrots, celery, tomatoes. dinner: no specifics, just control your portions, and make it healthy. good luck!

Hey chicky! Some healthy and quick options are: ~ A modified PB&J: Whole wheat bread, all natural peanut butter, and some berries to replace the jelly ~ Celery sticks with peanut butter (I hope u like peanut butter!) ~ Organic popcorn (yeah they make that, and it tastes just the same as regular) ~ Carrots or other veggies ( grapes are good for this btw) dipped in hummus. ~ Any kind of fresh fruit ~ Instead of putting Mayo on your sandwich, try lowfat creamsheese Hope this helps! I have been really busy lately and got internet taken away from me and then i got my cast off and went to the beach.. I'm just.. so sorryyyyy!!! I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.. Anyway i just wanted to say that i've been trying to be healthy and its been a challenge.. I feel like every time i start up i make excuses and end up eating horrible.. Those are good goals and are similar to mine!! I want to: 1.Get toned lean legs and thighs!! 2.Flatten my tummy 3.Tone my upper arms 4.Eat super healthy and no junk food! So those are my goals!! I wanna say by the end of the Summer that i reached those!! That would make me soo happy!!

Hey i saw that you posted on an article that you wanted a workout buddy to share you know tips and workout stuff with!! I would lovee to b ur buddy!! We have some things in common like my favorite # is 33 too, I'm a Cancer and also have an Older Brother. Wierd, huh? Im not sure u wanna b my workout buddy only because i have a stress fracture in my foot and i am in a cast soo i really cant do any workouts that involve like putting pressure on it. Like running swimming cardio all that. Im so sorry i really wanna b ur workout buddy but i understand if u dont wanna b mine.
