hey dragon queen! yes it is possible that you will get your period near the time of your mom and aunt. However, the physical signs of your body will give you a better clue as to when it will come. In other words, you could get your period soon at 11, but without any other signs of puberty, its highly unlikely that you will get it soon. For example, some signs of getting you period are, breasts developing, pubic hair, clear or white discharge in your undies, and underarm hair. Each of these signs are usually present for about 1 to 2 years before you will get your period. So, if you already have those signs and your mom got her period at 11 then your probably close. If you dont have these signs yet then it will probably be a couple more years before you start puberty and get your period, but dont worry thats perfectly normal!
