Hey girl!
My parents are divorced and i totally get where ur coming from on this prob w/ ur friend. u must be a great friend if u care so much about ur bestie's prob but its important to keep in mind tht this is her problem. all u can do is support her. tell her tht ur there for her if she wants to talk or if she doesnt, tht u rlly understand how shes feeling right now bcuz u went thru it urself and no how hard it is. other than just being there, there isnt much else u can do for her.

hey girl your welcome Smile but if she starts to cry then youll be there to comfort her. thats what best friends do! just sit there with her and let her cry and be there for her and cry with her if it helps her! Tong just letting her know your there for her even when shes bawling will make her feel really good

Hey girl!

You must be an awesome friend (: And really sorry about your family's divorce and your friends too! Hope everything gets better.

Now you should just make her feel like someone's there for her. Tell her that you are her friend, and you will be her friend through good times and bad times. Take her out to places if her family can't. Go shopping with her. Help her to take her mind off of her family probs. You can't really help her family's condition 'cause you aren't in her family, but you can help her condition 'cause you're in her life. Be good to her even when she's depressed. If she wants alone-time, let her have it. Just talk to her, and inform her, that you are there for her. That's really all that you can do. Hope her life gets better.

PS- Pray for her =]

first of all i love ur profile pic!
and second. you should definetley try to support her and cheer her up. If she looks like she's sad one day then give her hug. And tell her stuff like "im so sorry but dont worry it'll get better." and invite her over a lot so she can think about somthing other than her parents splitting up. The less she thinks of it, the better. So whatever u do dont ignore her. and hope this helps!

the best thing for you to do is to be there for her. talk to her, and let her know that if she needs something youll be there for her. tell her you know how she feels and that if she needs some cheering up your there for her. offer to take her to the mall, the pool, ice skating, the park, whatev is her fave thing to do

My best friend's mom was just caught cheating today. They have an 11 year old and a 4 year old. They're getting devorced and my friend is really depressed. My parents are also devorced and it's terrible. I don't want her to end up like my family. I don't know what to do or what to say to her. I can't stand seeing her like this, and I need to do something about this. It's absolutely terrible when families aren't together anymore. She's really sad and depressed and I can't stand seeing her unhappy. What should I do? What should I say? How should I cheer her up?

Cool! I've always wanted to try tap. The sound is so cool. I did a little ballet when I was young but then switched to jazz... I also want to try contemperary... kinda like jazz. I just couldn't handle ballet (too PINK! ugh)
