Hey Girl! Don't fret! when I was in fourth grade I had two best friends!they were always there for me! then, one day this other girl (that was popular) wanted to hang out with me. so i COMPLETELY ditched my other friends for the popular girl.the popular girl's best friends were ALWAYS getting into trouble! (Seriously! we had a really sweet kid in our class and he was special ed. so they threw paper at him and called him a retar***!!! i yelled at them for being so mean!) so the next couple of months we'd ALWAYS get into fights with each other! So i finally stood up to them,and walked up to my old best friends and apologized to them. it took them a while to except it,but then after that,we were INSEPARABLE! we called each other the candy cane girls and gave each other names after candy that started with he first letter of our names! lol good times,good times.but as time went on,we grew apart...only me and m & m's stayed friends to this day... only she's moving...:'( so my advice to you, is to NOT take it anymore! don't be mean, but simply just say No to all the friendship drama! they're are plenty of fish in the sea!

that sux! my friends are doing the same thing too. just tell them that you hate it when they fight and you won't hang out with them if they fight. ( still hang out with them though just say that to freak them out) hope this helps! natalie

A good way to get a flat stomach is cardio exercises like running, swimming, bicycling exc. For healthy food all you should need is fruit and veggies. If you want something fancy you can cut up all different fruits and make a fruit salad. Hope this helped
