Hey girl! Um if he can't date until he's 16 then I don't think there's much you can do. At least in the meantime you can enjoy being his friend and still get to hang out with him. Trust me tho, confessing your crush is not a good game plan right now considering that there is always the risk of ruining a friendship and he has to wait anyway so it's better to take that risk when there is actually something to gain from it, if you know what I mean.
