Hi HannahBanana_96! Nice to meet you, I'm cupcake*cutie and I'm your personal trainer hired from Health Club! So, first off, there are some things I would like to tell you about how I am going to train you! I can help you with eating healthier, planning and sticking to workouts, and having a healthier lifestyle. There are four easy steps I would like you to cover in the Personal Trainer Program. 1. Recognize The Problem -First off you need to think of what you would like do. If you have problems with eating healthier, for example, you need to personally recognize that. This step will help you to form your goals. 2. Set Goals -To set your goals, you need to think about what you would like to achieve. You can make your goals simple (I would like to eat healthier) or more complex (I want to lose ten pounds). It is also important to set a date for when you would like to achieve your goals by. 3. Make a Plan -Since I am your personal trainer, I am going to make you a workout/healthy eating plan that will fit your lifestyle. To do this, I need you to fill out the following questionaire. When you are done, please copy and paste it onto my profile: 1. List the problems in your eating/workout program (or that you have none) that you would like to fix: 2. Set your goals for what you would like to achieve and when you would like to achieve them by. You can have more than one goal: 3. How busy are you and how much free time do you have? 4. Do you have any exercise equipment? 5. What is your style of working out and what kind of workouts do you prefer? 6. Do you eat a lot of junk food daily? 7. What group of foods do you not eat much of? 8. List all of your favorite fruits and veggies (the more you list, the better): 9. How much TV do you watch daily? 10. Do you play video games or wii a lot? 11. What sports do you play? 12. List 2 favorite foods for each of the following: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dessert, drinks. 4. Stick To It! Once you have your workout and healthy eating plans, you need to stick to them! The more you do, the better you will be in achieving your goals. Below are some tips I have listed to help you stick to your workouts and healthy eating: *To motivate yourself when working out, try working out to music! Pop in your favorite CD or listen to your iPod for some peppy tunes while you work out. *Workout with a friend! It's so much more fun and your besties will help you stay on track! *If you have trouble with not eating enough of one food group (most people struggle with fruits and veggies), try the 3-a-day program! Just eat 3 fruits or veggies daily (one a meal) and it will help you overcome that! *Everytime you have a major craving for an unhealthy eat, just think to yourself "What will this help me achieve? Do I really need this?" and force yourself away. Chewing gum and eating fruit also helps! But keep in mind it is good to reward yourself every once in a while So once you have filled out the questionaire and pasted it onto my profile, I will set you up with a workout and eating program to stick to. In your workout program, I will list what you need to do, and how often a week to do them, and so on. My goal is to make a plan to fit YOUR lifestyle! Plus with the healthy eating plan I will list some yummy recipes and foods for you to try that are also healthy, along with some tips on how to eat healthier. Also, you will need to fill out your Healthy You Journal daily with what workouts you did, and post a comment on my profile of what you ate so I can keep track. It is also important to notice your time spent watching TV, on the computer, or playing video games daily and try to reduce the amount of time doing those things. So good luck with your program! If you need ANY help whatsoever with healthy eating, sticking to your workouts, or anything else, just comment me! I am here to help you and make you a healthier person! -cupcake*cutie

I really wish we could hook you up with a trainer right now, but we are currently short on them. As soon as we get another one we will hook you up. We would still love to have you as a member.

What kind of workouts did you want to try. I kind of wanted to try dancing. I've never done that before. It would be really cool to learn dances for some songs. Plus it would be a great way to get a workout! If you have any ideas, I'd like to know!!
