Yeah, I didn't get to see him at all this summer - we were both superbusy - and today was our 1st day back at school. At my school we're separated into teams - blue and gold, for the school colors. I'm on the blue team and he's on the gold team, so we have no classes together. He's been pretty distant lately, tho...we just haven't gotten a chance to hang since late May! Hopefully our relationship will pick up agains soon! Oh, and Yotsuba is really funny, it's about a cute little girl who's 5 who moves with her dad to a small town in Japan and becomes friends with her neighbors, who are teenage sisters. They go on lots of adventures together. Yeah, I've heard Skip Beat is good, but I've never heard/seen it! Maybe I should! So how's your summer (since you're probably not back at school yet like me!)?

I would LOVE to go to the Grand Canyon! And sorry that things didn't work out with the guy, but if he puts you down, then he definitely isn't worth your time! Yes, I do cross-country, and if you keep at it I know you'll be a great runner in no time! When I first started, I couldn't even do the warm-up without walking - LOL! But now I'm one of the top 5 on the team. Within the first week I felt myself getting stronger. So since you like Japanese cute stuff, do you read manga much? My favorite series is Yotsuba & ! I've read all of them and I'm currently collecting them all.

Hey! Sorry for not writing in a while, my summer has been CRAZY! Anyway, you might have already solved your guy problem, but if you really want to be friends with this guy, I suggest shooting him an email (says more than a text) just stating that you want a clean slate and to start over again as friends, with none of the like-like business. Hope this helps! Oh, BTW, I LOVE My Babysitter's a Vampire! Matthew Knight is sooooo cute, in a dorky sort of way!

My Dad is Japanese and my mom is American, so it's the other way around for me. How many times have you been to Japan? I've only been once, when I was really little...but I want to go again!
