Btw, HOCKEY IS AWESOME!!!!!! I'm a figure skater, so I have hockey players as friends. I used to hate hockey players tho. That's a long story tho.

You asked why is there Black history month and not white history, right? Well black people worked hard for what we had. Black people were slaves then house maids and hard workers for less money than what was given to white people. Black people worked through the pain to get here. White people had to do nothing but be our slave owners that blacks called "Masters" like they were royalty. Blacks had to learn a new language, read all by themselves, learn to write, and get whipped. Blacks tried to escape to freedom while if they were unsuccessful they would die. They could never have a life of their own. White people just kind of had it given to them. They moved out the native americans, then they bought black people to do their work. It is history month because black people got here to be treated as equals to white people. And even now black people don't get full respect. Black people get called monkeys, and the N word, and they still put on a brave face. People are stereotypes thinking black people all are ghetto and in gangs and such, when we are just the same as whites. White people have gangs too. So Black people worked hard and went through the torture to be here. White people worked hard but everything was given and never taken from them. I am white,black, hispanic, native american, german, and irish. But all anyone see is that I am black because of my skin color. People say I act "White" because of stereotypes, I'm going into personals now, so what I am trying to say every month is basically white history month.
