ravensugar- I used to feel the same EXACT way!! Depending on how old you are, you're mature enough that you can handle this type of thing. But, if you can't handle it, close your eyes and sing a song in your head. Or, (idk if you wanna try this one...) fake a yawn, constant cough, ect.

Hey!! Saw your comment on the... section... haha It's not that embarrassing learning about stuff like that. I know, it's really awkward at first, but just laugh your way through it. Remember, it's going to be awkward for the guys to, so your not alone. I have life science, and we have started the section on mammals. joy. It was really weird because we were talking about how mom mammals feed their young. ya... all of the guys were laughing, so my teacher (being the crazy person that she is) started talking about guys, and embarrassing them. haha well, after that class, everyone was embarrassed, and it was weird to see each other. The next day tho, was totally normal. If I were u, just don't worry about it. Maybe you'll even learn a few things

teamjacob74- Got the schedule for maturity ed today. Great- first, the girls will learn about girls. then the boys about boys. The next day, girls about boys (not toooo bad...) and boys about girls (HUMILIATING!!!!!) Then, our school nurse will explain to everyone about Reproduction (sex) and child birth (AGAIN- WAYYYYYY TOOOO EMBARRASSING FOR GIRLS!!) It's a 5 day period, so I don't exactly remember the schedule. TTYL girlie

hey! i saw your comment on getting shots. does your doctor offer shot blockers? if not you could bring a stress ball, but when you get a shot you have to relax, or you muscles get too tight, and everything just hurts ten times worse! good luck! -ashleigh <3

Heyy. I saw your comment about getting shots,and don't be scared. Maybe if you are freaking about ask a friend or parent to hold your hand and close your eyes, the main thing is not to look a the needle because if you do you will just audimaticly freak out. So maybe look at the wall or a picture on the wall and don't tense your arm or it will deff hurt. okayy?? I hope this helps you.

ya dont look at the nettle. if u r flexing ur arm it eill hurt more so just relax and take a deap breath. another thing is ask your mom if u could go out 4 ice cream or something after. it will take your mind of it so when your getting your shot insted of the thinking about the pain u can think about what kind of ice cream u want

Hey Happy Early birthday! I saw your comment on shots on sport physicals, and last year I had to get like 5 shots. What I always did was turn my head and squeeze my eyes shut. I also keep talking the entire time so I am more focused on words than needles.lol. Hope this helps! jewels101

Hey girlie! I saw your comment about getting shots. Ok, so first of all when they start getting out the syringe, just look away and don't get the needle in sight. Sit comfortably and take deep breaths, keeping your eyes closed. The BEST WAY to make it NOT hurt is to completely relax your arm. If your muscles are tense, the shot will end up being sore and you will feel it. Just let it hang loose while they do the shots. Keep taking deep breaths. If you do all these things, you should BARELY feel it!! All you will feel is the person maybe touching your arm, and you might feel the needle poke you a little but its ok.

I think the letter is a great idea! I think it'll work. About the Fantasy writing: I would suggest thinking about something you like. Think about what you would do if you could change it or make it better. Let your imaginastion soar. The sky is the limit. You could try thinking about something that is already Fantasy. Also, I would suggest reading some Fantasy books if you have time to. Here's an idea for a Fantasy story: Three kids fall into a different world through the mirror in the old, abandoned Girls' bathroom. It's a wonderful place where they can forget their troubles. Yet, it's not all fun and games. They need to get home and they don't know how. There's evil in the air, threatning a disater. And all of them are getting sicker and weaker every day. What kind of place is this? And if you like it you can change things you don't like. Hope I helped. I think I'll write something like that. kitkatluver12<3

Hey HorseRider101, I would suggest telling your friend how you feel. Maybe Girl#2 doesn't realize what she's doing. Maybe you guys could do something together. Girl#2 could be jealous of the friendship you and you BFF used to have. Plz tell your BFF how you feel. If she's a really good friend, she'll probably try to spend her friend time more wisely.
