Hey girly!
I saw your post about your swim meet and thought you might like the advice of an older girl. I too am on my highschool's swim team and I was EXTREMELY nervous my first meet. In fact I was trembling from the nerves, but once you step up on those blocks and take the plunge, it's just you and the water, you can't hear or see any of the spectators until you come out of the water and hear their cheers. Swimming is very supportive sport so everyone cheers for eachotherSmile
