I have tried lots of Jillian's Dvds; (Shred, yoga meltdown, bfbm, last chance...) and I think they work because they are so intense. I lost some fat and got some noticable muscle in my arms; although it may take time, they work. But just a warning; they are hard. REALLy hard. But worth it.

I haven't, I heard there REALLY hard. I have been trying jogging mostly on the treadmill which is easier than running outside. I like doing jumprope for workouts too!

hey! yeah, i like both of them a lot, but i think i'm leaning more towards the peeta side, because i think that he really means what he feels for katniss. plus, we don't know all that much about gale, if you think about it, and i really don't think that he's that great of a match for katniss. anyways, that's just my opinion Smile .
