I saw your comment about being a dallas cowboy cheerleader, I would recommend doing A LOT of cardio, because they dance and jump and are constantly moving. Also, stretch a lot and join a cheerleading team or class, and dancing classes. I hope you make it!

I saw your comment about cheer and dance class and hear are some ideas. Sources- I took dance for 7 years and I am doing my third year of cheer and I cheer on two competitive teams. Stretch for at least 15 minutes every day at night. Just look up cheer stretches. Every morning, before breakfast, do five minutes of yoga. Also look up yoga stretches for beginners. For dance I wud suggest making sure you do a cardio workout about 3 times a week. For cheer make sure you condition ESP. If your a base or backspot. Do leg lifts, squat jumps, jumping jacks, suicides, shuffle sprints, push ups, bicycles. Also work on your motions for cheer. Hope I helped!

I saw your comment asking about hairstyles, here are a few. Braiding is pretty easy and it looks really cute--just use a pretty pin to put back any stray hairs. You can also ponytail your hair low and use a butterfly clip underneath it to push your hair up into a messy high pony that looks really cute. You can also try a simple half pony, except braid the little pony.
