Thanks so far I haven't done anything really and it stopped I guess that just only happens in the winter time? idk but I appreciate your help ALOT!

hey chica,
to your problum of flakey eyebrows i hade that to try some dandruff shampoo when you take a shower on your eyebrows and you some oil free moisterizer like neutogena and clean&clean because so time the oil builds up even when you use moisterizer with oil
