Heyyy Girlie...
I saw the "Cheapie Hair Products We Love" article that you commented on about building upper body strength. I play volleyball too, and you always get more power behind a serve (or a hit, for that matter) if your shoulders aren't facing completely forward. If you are right handed, face forward, the turn about a 45 degree angle, turning your left shoulder a little forward. Trust me on this one- my coach has told me this a million times and he knows what he's talking about. Also, a lot of power comes from your obliques (your sides). An effective exercise I know is the "Plank", and you prop up your shoulder while laying on your side, and stiffen the rest of your body like a board. You should look like a 7. Flex for a minute or two, and relax in between. Hope this works!!!

i have some ideas for fund raising

me and my friends sold lemonade and home made jewelry and we made some good money and donated it to Haiti i also went Cherry picking and sold them to my neighbors and at my school i have done different type of fund raising iv done bake sale ice cream sale snow cone and strawberry shortcake and it doesn't just have to be food my sister is organizing a benefit concert which isn't as hard as it sounds your local park or community center can hold the event and you can find local bands to play then all you have to do is advertise hope these helped

Hey girl, I know theres nothing harder than telling a friend that you dont want to hang out anymore. If your friend texts you the simplest thing to do is say that you cant talk at the moment or that you are busy, that way you can avoid those text fights. There is not much to do about avoiding her in PE unless you make some other friends or just acquantinces and tell her you would like to hang out with them for a class.
Hope fully she will soon start to back off alittle once she sees that you dont really want to be her friend.

hey girly i looked up those boots that you bought & they are cute i guess if you are wearing them with a pair of skinny jeans i guess i recommend to wear a cute maybe longsleeve shirt that would look super cute with the boots put it with some super cute accesories... maybe a necklace,bracelet,or headband... and u will look ah-dorable hope this helps xoxox

That's the one I was talking about. I'm so glad you found it and I Just use it for my eyes and it works amazingly but you could probably use it for your whole face (I dont though). Mine actually came with my eyeshadow so it's like a two for one there also (it's just a tiny tube but you don't need very much so it works haha)

hey girly!!

i just read your article about primers and you said that you haven't found a cheap drugstore primer, you should deff check out hard candy products i use some of them and i absolutly love their primer it works great and its pretty cheap too i can't remember the exact cost but i know it's less than 20.

hey girly... i saw ur comment about cutting and living in ur sis's shadow, and wanted to give u my advice.
1. Jesus loves u. it sounds cheezy, but as long as u have faith in God, you'll be ok. i'll pray for ya 2!!!
2. starving urself is NOT the right way to get skinny. its plain unhealthy, and will cause u to be hungrier and eat even more when u lose control. i suggest going vegetarian; it's so much better!! also, join a running club or track team. u can build muscle and become sooo much healthier; u just have to stick with it.
3. surround urself with friends who will lead u in the right direction, and tell someone. u can't go through it alone.
if u need any more advice, just ask me. i would be so glad to help u. ur in my prayers, sistah!!!

PS- BELIMIA AND ANOREXIA ARE N-O-T THE WAY TO GO!
Riley was a gorgeous smart funny popular girl. She had friends and a great family. This was only 4th grade but still... Before you enter 5th grade you think your so cool that you can try big kid stuff. Well Riley tried not eating. It worked. She entered 5th grade not looking much different but by the end we thought she couldn't get any skinnier. we knew she had an issue. we tried making her eat... she just got really made and stomped off. She was so tiny when she entered 6th grade. around November she was forced to go to a counselors. she started hating her mom for making her go. She hated eating and called her counselor fat. By February she lost her period. now she can never have kids. she looked like a ghost. I was really scared. my best friend was melting away. In April she told me everything. How there was a voice in her head... it told her she was fat. it tole her to stop eating. It told her she was gross. How she loved her dad cause he had it too. So he understood. How they both were anorexic. It was the most scary thing i ever heard. I was bawling. About a week or two later her mom got engaged again. Riley loved her soon to be step dad he was really nice. but she didn't want to move in with her 4 new stepsiblings. this didn't help things. You think this far is bad? not at all Summer came. we were excited for 7th grade. july 4th or 5th Riley went to the doctor. for a check up or something. the doctor was already keeping a close eye on Riley. Well the doctor saw how little Riley weighed and rushed her to the hospital. when i heard i cried for 3 days. i finally went up to visit her. Her face was sunken in. she was more pale than i had ever seen. i held it together while she told me how much she hated it here. how they forced so much food down her throat. how she wished they would all die. A week later she got out. But had a day camp for anorexia and bulimia. for 3 weeks. this is where she turned sour. She absolutely hated her mom for sending her there. although it wasn't her moms fault. we started school back up and she looked so much better. fuller. more healthy. everybody knew what happened and she was mad. she hated her mom more. she moved in October. this is were she went downhill again. she began to eat less once more. she always was telling her mom that she hated her. her mom just apologized. this horrible cycle continued until June. In june is where she would throw away her lunch and just drink a bottle of water with no carb flavoring. Now it's the summer of 8th. she looks the worst she ever has. she's always grumpy. She doesn't realize she could end up back in the hospital and if that happens she will have to stay back. She already stayed back when she was 6 or 7 so she would be 2 years older than everyone. i've distanced my self but at night i still cry. her heart could stop beating any second. and it scares me to bits. my best friend is anorexic. I would give anything to see her better. I would switch places with just so she would be healthy. i would give my life for the promise that her heart will keep beating. I'm just waiting for the call saying she's back in the hospital. It should pretty soon, sadly. SO some bad news... good news is gone sryyy... she nt doingg good.... she lookes likke she hasn't eaten... im getting used to it.... i should be scared but i guess i jsut havve to except it..
THAT IS WHY I AM BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NOT STOP EATING... ITS DANGEROUS AND SCARY AND YOUR LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH... I KNOW ITS SOMETHING PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THEY CAN CONTROL BUT ALL IT DOES IS HURT YOURSELF AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU....

i used to play soccer, but i quit cuz i had WAY 2 much stuff going on. is ur flag football in high school co-ed? at r high skool, there's regular football 4 guys and there's a girls team called the powderpuffs. once i go 2 high school (i'm in 8th grade) me and the cheerleaders all want to be on the team. at the end of the skool year, we wanted 2 have a cheer-off wif the basketball cheerleaders and have a powderpuff game at the last pep assembly.
