      Lifting weights!

      Keeping at it, I swear it hate working out!

  8.   All the athletes in my family. Four members of my family were on Olympic teams and one is still a professional athlete.
  9. Tasty Eats
      I am into dried cranberries, almonds and cashews. Not lo-cal but healthier than candy!
  10.   I love my chicken and broccoli stirfry. Cut up chicken into strips then use some flavored wok oil to stir fry with onions and steamed broccoli. Add a touch of Szechwan stir fry sauce and serve over brown rice. Yum.
  11.   Stop and think about what I am doing. Then, I try to think of something that will be a better choice like a few pretzels instead of chips.
  12.   Skiing, I know a lot about that! But Katie A is the one you want info from!
