Hey, I saw your comment about going into sixth grade and wanting to go to bed earlier. I would recommend going to bed at around 9:30, not 8. The reason I suggest that is because 8 seems a little bit extreme. You will fall asleep easier if you do this routine.
8:30-Get in pajamas
8:45-Set up bed (i.e., pull back comforter, get blanket's ready,etc.)
9:00-Read until 9:25
9:27-Go to the bathroom or something
You can practice this during the summer if you like.Tell me if it works! Try to set an alarm in the morning for school, to finish any work and get stuff together like supplies.
