      Sports are my fav workout, but blogaloties are fun as well

      To be healthier, feel better, and maybe shed a few lbs. Off in the process. But I really would like to set up myself for a healthy lifestyle.

      Yogurt all the way. Haha but watch out for high sugar in flavored yogurt!
