  1. Fitness Faves
      doing the 1 or 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video it is really easy and fun, and it only takes 20 to 30 minutes!
  2.   I love to skateboard, if that is a sport, it is a great way to exercise in the spring and summer.
  3.   My playlist includes the bands Cute Is What We Aim For, Metro Station, We the Kings, and A Cursive Memory....I love songs that are up beat and get your heart pumping.
  4.   ALWAYS drink water while you our running, you get less tired and don't feel bad when u are done exercising.

      To get great abs, more strength in my arms, and to run a mile in under eight minutes, AND FEEL HEALTHIER!
