Hey i saw you needed help on flexibility. I am a self taught flexible person. I can help. Just go into a split as far as you can and hold it for about 20-40 seconds or as long as you can handle/want. Do that everyday a couple tims a day and you will be flexible in no time. Thats how I learned. Once you learn your split something i do is do a split up a wall. That will help you with leg and back flexibility. I am really flexible in my back i can do things like chest stands and other things too. If you are looking for dance tv shows maybe I suggest Dance Moms I am their number one fan and know every single detailnabout that show and the peole on it. You can also try So You Think You Can Dance, Dance Academy or Make it oeBreak it. If you need any other tips on dance come to me and just post on my page. i know a lot about dance and gymnastics even tho i am self taught. ;)

Hey, I saw your comment on Becca G.'s profile about getting more flexible. I just so happen to be a pretty flexible dancer! Some tips, get in flexible positions (even if you aren't very far) and hold for 30 seconds. Real seconds, not the fast seconds we used during hide and seek when we were little! Because 30 secs is how long it takes for the blood to flow to your muscles or something like that (one of my dance teachers told me). And don't push your self too hard. Good luck! If you need any more dance tips, ask me on my profile! Sorry this was long! XOXO, Winn
