In one of your comments, you asked about how to ask you mom for a bra. There are different approaches you can take to this. My suggestion is you slip it in there on a day when she's in a good mood and you are alone with her. Ask her when she think you will need a bra, or let her know that you think you will need one. You may want to mention that you talked about bras in health class and you think you need one.
My biggest suggestion is you talk to you 2 older sisters. Ask them how they started wearing a bra. Did you mom approach them? Did they approach her? If so, how did they go about doing it? I hope this helps!
